Jelly Donuts
Dec. 5th, 2010 10:08 amI made jelly donuts for a crowd last night. This is becoming my new Hanukkah tradition. Well this is only the 2nd time I've done it. But making donuts is super exciting. I love how they puff up when they hit the hot oil. This year I used a recipe that has the jelly in the donuts as you fry them . More work to ensemble, but worth it.
