About this Blog: I mostly post about media I've been reading and watching and my daily life. I read lots of SFF and have recently gotten into Chinese dramas. Thanks to my interest in Chinese dramas I've also started learning a lot about Chinese history and studying classical Chinese. Other topics sometimes mentioned include the Hugo Awards, fandom, the built enviroment, what I ate for breakfast, ect

About Me: I am a white cis woman in my 40's. I studied urban planning and history and am still very interested in those topics. Recently I've been reading a lot of academic histories of China, with focus on material culture. I enjoy sewing, feeding people, tea, going for walks and trying new foods.
