Congratulations! I can understand why you'd be anxious and anticipating the next stage. I do feel that it is important to celebrate your accomplishments, however, so it's awesome to hear that you are going out for ice cream.

What will you be writing, other than posts for here? Are you getting a chance to read anything not related to your thesis? What is your daily life like at the moment?
