I'm interrupting my re-cap of out road trip to bring you some more current news. (I'm almost done writing it up really.)

R and I are engaged! We plan to get married in the Bay Area next summer.

Eeeee that's so exciting! You have to give more detail than just that, what happened, how did you agree? Was it the influence of all the weddings you've been going to recently?

I'll write something longer in a bit. I really want to finish writing up the road trip since it's been three weeks since we got here, and it's taking me forever to write it.
