My grandmother died yesterday. She had really been there in years though. She lived in her own house with an aide (I hope that it the word I mean it to be) which is what she wanted. She wanted to die at home. And she did.

My mom was just there yesterday. (There is NJ which is far away from here.) She kept saying "but she was alive yesterday".

I just feel like there is too much death lately. It is hard to take.

Commiserations. My grandfather is currently dying in hospital; I'm mostly concerned about how this is likely to impact on my mum.
