I learned last night that another of our neighbors had died. It was unexpected she was old, but also hail. Aside for being an awesome person who had done many exciting things in her life (She drove an ambulance during the blitz, taught Latin and was had a career as an actress) she was an important force in bringing our block together. She died it her sleep. It was peaceful. I just don't believe she's gone.
