Hugo Voting

forestofglorySo I decided to go for it and buy a supporting membership for this year's worldcon so I can vote in the Hugos. I got my membership before the nomination deadline, so now I'm working on reading a bunch of fiction that came out in 2012 so I can nominate things. I have pile of books form the library (yay libraries!) and bookmarks folder full of short fiction. If you have recs please tell me about them.
So far my nominating ballot is fairly empty. I think I'm going to leave all the dramatic works blank, because there haven't been any movies I thought worth going to see this year, and i don't watch TV. Hopefully the fiction categories will fill up as work through the reading list. The category I'm most at lost about is best related work. Am I aloud to nominate my favorite book reviewers at tor.com? Other that that I'm kind of at lost for works in this category.
