I'm making Challah for the 1st time since passover. It's nice thing to do and I am looking forward to fresh bread.

The are resurfacing my street today, and it is rather noisy. Bah!

Challah is yummy. I'm not Jewish, but a friend of mine who is visited over a weekend a few times and requested we pick some up at the grocery. Have not had the pleasure of having homemade versions, but the store-bought stuff was delicious.
