Great :D. I was just reading your previous essays on Lady Business and really appreciated your post about moms in speculative fiction - unfortunately just as relevant four years later. I tried to think of examples where the moms are even alive and it's so rare!

Thank you! It is frustrating how few mom there still are in SFF. Though I did just finish Light from Uncommon Stars which had prominent mom character.
