Several of my Twitter pals have recently made new Dreamwidth accounts, or dusted off old ones. It's great to see you all over here!

I use this space mostly for personal journaling theses days. I've been doing a twice monthly series call "Observations" where I chat about the natural and built enviroment around me. I also talk about my monthly goals, stuff I've been reading and watching, craft projects, and daily life generally. There's an occasional longer piece.

I've been on dreamwidth forever, so please feel free to reach out with technical or etiquette questions!

I also wanted to recommend some communities:

ladybusiness: I write for this Hugo Award winning blog! Follow for intersection al feminist criticism and capslocking about media, by some very smart people!

fictional_fans:A fun pan fandom community, for talking about fandom at large.

theuntamed_mdzs: This a general CQL/MDZS fan community, helpful for finding icons and fic and meta conversations. (I thought I'd include this since a lot new folks are people I know via this fandom)

oraclegreen: A bunch of my icons are form here! Lots of variety

common_nature: Do you like pretty pictures of nature? This is good comunity for that!

ETA: starterpack looks like super helpful community for those new to Dreamwidth!

I had thought the MDZS/CQL comm was mostly defunct, but it turns out I'd joined it but not actually subscribed to it, so ty for mentioning it! Also ladybusiness looks super rtmi! (Hi hello, I'm tragicsonglan - this is my ~regular username lol).
