Yeah, its really hard to explain how to do thing instinctively! I am not a very precise baker -- specifically when I have help form the small one. It helps to know which recipes have a bit of give in them, which is another thing I have learned form lots of experience.

I want to make this sesame cake I love but haven't cooked in ages and maybe my favorite cookies too! But its going to be Passover soon, so I'm trying not to get carried away.
