October Goals Update

Well, these last few weeks have been kind of a lot. As well as the power outage, we've been dealing with a lot car stuff, and life has just been kind of busy. So at the beginning of the month I kind of felt like I was low balling my goals, but right now I'm glad that I did. Here's a progress update for the month so far.

1)Write the next Short&Sweet
I have draft! Its the kind of draft where I just threw a lot of ideas on a page an made a mess but hey its a draft! (Other writing has not happened at all unless you count updates here.)

2)Show my cosy zine notes to other people who are interested in helping with the project
I actually did this? Well I sent to google doc to someone. I should probably check in with them again.

3)Read 5 online works of short SFF and The Stars Change by Mary Anna Mohanraj
I've read 2 online stories so far this month, but haven't started The Stars Change yet.

4)Finish the shirt that I started last month and also the new one I just cut out
The 1st shirt has been finished! (picture via Instagram I have gotten started on the second shirt too. I might get derailed by Halloween sewing though. The kid has decided that she wants to be a rainbow kitty. I think I'm going to make This pattern out of some rainbow fabric and get her some rainbow clothing to wear. But I will need to go to the fabric store.

5)Host a birthday party for the kid
This is planned for next weekend, possibly slightly more planning should happen between now and then. Like picking a cupcake recipe. (There have been a lot birthday related actives already, turns out that kids birthdays are a lot.)

Well that's pretty good progress actually, now that I've sat down and written in all out.
