August Goal Check In

Well its the middle of August, so lets check in on my goals for the month.

1) Finish the Space Cats quilt.
I'm making progress on this. I've started quilting and got maybe a third of the way through. I'm doing simple quilting but with lots of different shades of blue thread.

2) Finish a draft of my fic and get it ready for beta
I did this! The fic after almost three months the fic is in beta!

3) Read Five SFF shorts
No progress.

4) Write two posts talking about what I've been observing in the built and natural environment around me
One down: "Summer Adventures"

5) Start of school!
School starts tomorrow! I'm stressed about the whole thing, logistics, feelings about normal school stuff, plus extra stress about covid safety. At least our district is taking it seriously.
