Thanksgiving Menu

I'm tried and have cold, so I'm not going to do a big write up of Thanksgiving right now, but here is what we ate:

Cheese Plate, with crackers and fig jam

Challah
corn bread muffins, with honey
Mashed Potatoes
Broccoli Salad
Sweet Potatoes with Orange
Cauliflower gratin
braised carrots
Stuffing not cooked in the turkey
Some kind of cold eggplant dish (made by my mother in law)
cold beets with fennel (made by my mother in law)
5 kinds of cranberry sauce (made by my mother in law -- so I can't tell you what they were.)
Green Salad
Chard gratin (made by my sister)
A creamy Brussels sprout dish (made by a guest)

Turkey (This was not done on time, and had to be put back in the oven, meaning when ate it latter as second course.)

Fudge pie (made by my mom)
Pecan pie (made by my mom)
Peach Pie (made by my mom)
Steamed Persimmon pudding (made by my mom)
