Thanksgiving Planning

So I'm hosting Thanksgiving this year, which is awesome. Lots of people are coming-- at least 12. This will be the 1st time I host a lot family. (Previous Thanksgiving were while I was away at uni or grad school and mostly featured local friends.)

Anyways today I'm planning to make Challah so I will have some to make stuffing with next week. I also need to work on picking recipes for side dishes, right now I have a list of things like carrots and sweet potatoes but without recipes. Anyone have any awesome veggie side dish recipes they want to share?
