I was going over my Hugo Ballot and seeing if there was anything I wanted to add. My 1939 Retro Hugo nomination ballot is basically blank. However I just remembered this series of letters printed in 1938 and 1939. I think I shall nominate Mary Byers for best fan writer based on her excellent defense of women characters.
