TED Talk Recs and Conference Advice

I'm presenting at conference in about a week and half. The chair of my panel suggested modeling my talk after TED talks. I've seen a few TED talks but not recently. So do any of you have recommendations for good TED talks to watch?

Any other advice about presenting at conference? I haven't really done this before and I'm quite nervous about it.
