forestofgloryThings I did yesterday:
Walked the neighbor's Dog with R's Mom
Hung around the house talking with R and his Mom and poking the internet
Went shopping in Elmwood -- bought things for several people on my list and most of my mom's stocking
Wrapped lots things
Hung out with my niece -- we decorated the tiny tree my mother bought. It is live California ceder, about 2 feet tall.
Had diner with my friend M. We had our now traditional felafel, and she gave me an overview of cognitive behavioral therapy with some tips for reducing anxiety. It was great to talk to her.
Read in bed for almost an hour before sleep.
