February Goal Mid-month check in

forestofgloryIt's the middle of the month so time for a goal check in.
1) Work on fic at least 20 days this month
I have worked on fic 11 days so far this month. Note how I didn't say which fic? This was clever of me because I ended up spending a few days working on cleaning up and posting "Gone to the Other End of the Sky". Other than that I've been slowly writing the third "Your Life Again" story at 100-200 words a day. For this fic I'm trying to really work on making the writing as fun as possible, so it's been interesting to think about what I enjoy and how to get more of that.
2) Write two posts talking about what I've been observing in the built and natural environment around me
I've done one of these: "Opening Up"
3) Read Five Online SFF shorts
I have read 3!
4) Finish sewing the button up shirt for my kid
I just finished this yesterday: Have a picture
5) Either sew garments for my friends Nibblings OR Finish the Sea Quilt (Stretch goal both)
I have cut out both garments, and started sewing one. I have not had time, energy and good weather for basting the quilt all at once yet, but I did iron the quilt back so its ready to go.
6) Looking into getting more mental health care
Some progress on this! I have asked for therapist recs, and I have corresponded with my doctor who suggested increasing the dosage of my current meds. So I guess we'll see how it goes.
