Busy Weekend
Feb. 9th, 2015 07:36 amI've been doing things that last few days. We've had big rain storm the last few days which was lovely.
On Friday I went to the Sonoma County museum to see there exhibit "A Hole in the Head" about plans in the 1950's to build a nuclear power plant on Bodega Head and the resistance to that power plant. I wanted to go see it because one of the people I wrote about in my thesis was involved in the protests. It turned out to be a good exhibit in a cute little museum.
Saturday I helped my mother prepare dinner for a dinner party and then stayed for dinner. It was nice to hang out with family friends.
Sunday I went out to dinner with my parents and my siblings and my niece to celebrate my mothers birthday. I also go to see the house my sister has just moved into.
