bits and bobs

Autumn seems to have started rather suddenly here. Things were quite warm (70's) then one day the weather was quite cold (50's) and all the trees you can see out our windows have turned yellow and there are leaves everywhere. I have been wearing my red coat and a woolly hat.

I took yesterday away form the computer to try and get rid of the massive knot in my shoulder. It help a bit but the knot is still there. My trying to work on my posture which helps, but I'm tried of all the pain.

I made butterscotch brownies yesterday. I was hope some people would come help me to eat them, but it didn't work out. Now I have lots left over.
