brine made and turkey currently brining

Other News:
History paper is going slower that I hoped, but I've been working at it a reasonable amount.

My mother-in-law was supposed to arrive tonight but her flight was canceled, and now she won't get here until tomorrow night. I'm disappointed as I was looking forward to spending time with her.
