Getting Things Done
Jul. 13th, 2012 08:37 amSo this morning and yesterday morning I read a paper for my lit review before I let myself turn on the computer. I think this plan for getting things done may be working.
I'm a morning person so I'm more alert and get stuff done faster in the mornings. However recently the 1st thing I've been doing in the morning is to turn on the computer and getting distracted by the internet. This not really a good use of my most productive time. I'm going to have to think seriously about this when I get back to school.
The other helpful thing I've been doing is writing myself to-do list for the day. I was doing that at school, but I stopped because it was summer break. It turns out that to-do lists can really help me stay on track.
So I haven't been getting lots and lots done. But I have been getting somethings done in the last few days and I feel a bit better.
